Milicent Loehr Lynch

With an outgoing and energetic personality, Milicent is always seeking new adventures in her career path. Since graduating from Virginia Wesleyan College in 2006, she has worked in television, hosted a non-profit radio show, obtained her real estate license selling in the high-end real estate market for over a decade as well as helping to start/brand/market two successful wedding venues from the ground up in Charlottesville, Virginia.

With much excitement Milicent has returned to her hometown of Richmond, Virginia as a licensed realtor with Shaheen, Ruth, Martin & Fonville specializing in luxury real estate sales from Richmond to the Rappahannock. She has the ability to stage homes and execute professional photographs for marketing purposes, find private lenders for non-conventional as well as conventional loans as well as quickly and efficiently sell and find homes for her clients. In this business, Milicent realizes a sense of urgency is not only important, but also necessary in all facets of her business. Going above and beyond to ensure clients are happy is of utmost importance.

Milicent has also decided to expand her newest career venture into the world of Lightning Protection as Director of Communications for Loehr Lightning Protection Co. Loehr Lightning was founded by her grandfather in 1947 and has helped protect commercial, historical & residential buildings & barns throughout the state of Virginia and beyond. Given her background in both marketing and real estate this position will combine her expertise from both past and present roles.
